Nobody should have to guess.
I’m Max Keller. Everything I do is focused on senior housing: helping families find the right place for someone they love, teaching people how to do this work the right way, and writing the book I wish my family had when my grandmother needed help.

Why I’m here
My grandmother, Momo, took care of me for the first fifteen years of my life. When she needed help, my family guessed our way through it. Years later, nearly every house I bought had a senior involved, and those families were facing the same hard decision we faced.
Today I help families here in the Fort Worth area, I teach placement to people across the country, and I am opening my own residential assisted living home.

My First Residential Assisted Living Home
I am in the process of opening my own residential assisted living home here in the area. It is early, and I would rather tell you honestly where it stands than oversell it. This page will grow as it does.
What I believe
What I believe about senior housing
Honest.
There are some really good senior homes out there, and some that are not as good. Families deserve to hear which is which.
Options.
Families need more than one choice, and they need someone who knows the area.
Small homes.
Some of the best care happens in small homes most families never hear about.
Up front.
People should get paid for their work. Say how, and say it plainly.
Ready.
A plan is easier to make before you need one.

The free book
Free book. What’s the catch?
There are only two things I ask.
Actually read it.
I wrote it to help families make better decisions, not to sit on a shelf.
Tell me what you think.
About 15 minutes of honest feedback: what helped, what did not, what was confusing, and what I should add.
Your feedback is worth more to me than anything I could charge for this book.

My story
Teacher, then real estate, then senior housing
I was a coach and math teacher for seven years. Then I bought and fixed about 120 houses in Dallas Fort Worth from 2015 to 2019, and nearly every one had a senior involved. That is how I found my way into senior housing, and I still think of all of it as teaching.
